Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Operations, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and essential documentation with accuracy.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor international shipments, deliveries, and collections to ensure timely execution.
- Organize and maintain company records, ensuring proper filing and document control.

- Stay updated and compile information on the Singapore Government and International regulations that may impact business operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the supply chain, logistics, or related industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with WMS or inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and resourceful team player with strong problem-solving skills.
