Our client, a global investment manager, is establishing a new APAC Client Operations team to enhance client servicing and operational support. This team will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Account Managers, Transitions, and Portfolio Managers, as well as Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Events Management - Oversee new account setups, custodian transitions, market openings, trading counterparties, and terminations.
  • Client Coordination – Act as the point of contact to ensure smooth transitions and managing queries.
  • Operational Oversight – Track and resolve post-implementation issues
  • Process Improvement – Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years’ of experience in Portfolio Event Management (transitions), preferably within an asset manager or custodian
  • Investment Operations experience and have liaised with brokers and/or custodians
  • Coordinated or managed complex Projects and Client Interactions
  • Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
