Job Responsibilities

  • Manage targeted orders and monitor delivery status;
  • Attend to inbound calls from customers;
  • Handling incoming enquiries, complains and feedback and resolve them in accordance with the company’s standards;
  • Resolve all in scope enquiries and take appropriate escalation actions when required;
  • Provide alternatives solutions with excellent customer service via phone calls and emails;
  • Follow-up with customer, when necessary, in a timely manner;
  • Liaise with internal department to solve customer’s issue;
  • Coordinate with delivery team on orders;
  • Coordinate and provide sales support to the sales team;
  • Maintain proper filling system;
  • To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements

  • Meticulous and detail oriented as the job requires documentation work;
  • Able to work in fast pace environment;
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with passion in customer service;
  • Possess initiative to respond to customers’ needs with a commitment and customer service skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good team player
