  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Ensure that outlet is strictly following the Company’s SOP, adhere to service levels and standards to increase sales, minimize costs – including food, beverage, suppliers, utilities, and labour costs.
  • Develop monthly sales target, and monitor sales for respective outlet.
  • Oversee and be responsible for the labour deployed at the outlets and be answerable to the management.
  • Ensure that sufficent manpower is deployed at the outlet.
  • Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented at outlets and evaluate them to suggest improvements.
  • Build close relationship with the stakeholders, particularly the tenants, cleaning partners, landlords’ ops team and government agencies to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Lead and motivate Outlet Managers / Supervisor / Store In Charge in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Involved in employees' disciplinary issues and outlet manpower needs.
  • Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staffs and help to develop their maximum potential.
  • Responsible for P&L of outlets and work closely with Outlet Managers / Supervisor / Store In Charge and BD department to develop sales targets with strategies.
  • Overlook and be responsible for inventory mix and stock level in all outlets.
  • Handle customers and tenant complaints, if Outlet Managers / Supervisor / Store In Charge cannot handle
  • Any other related operational issues and projects as and when required
