Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Optical Retailer
- Position Title: Inventory Associate/Logistics Coordinator (Inventory)
- Working Location: Henderson Rd – Nearest MRT: Tiong Bahru
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
- Salary Package: Up to $2,700 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily purchase orders and invoicing efficiently.
- Receive, store, and issue goods in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports on inventory adjustments and damaged stock.
- Manage online orders and sales platforms.
- Liaise effectively with outlet staff and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in reconciling physical stock counts with system records.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Minimum O' Levels with at least 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to use VLOOKUP
- Candidates with experience in inventory management software will be advantageous
