Job Description & Requirements
- Handle existing customers for the company and ensure achieve sales targets
- Resolve problems / case management and handle complaints in timely manner
- Work closely with Sales support on all before or after sales matters
- Proactively sourcing for new Customers and ensure achieve new sales target
- Must be willing and able to make initial customer contact through sales visits and calls
- Evaluate sales channel performances against sales target
- Representing Company at Trade show, Exhibition, Event and Conventions
- Prepare sales reports by analysing and summarizing information
- Conduct market profiling to identify potential market segments and consumer profiles
- Identify new business opportunities and conceptualize appropriate sales strategy.
- To perform ad-hoc assignment as assigned by immediate supervisor
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or any other related field of discipline
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of working experience in Corporate Sales or Business Development
- For manager post , min 3 years experiences
- Willing to travel to meet customers
- Good verbal and written skills
- Forward thinking and the ability to think outside the box
- Team player and able to interact with all levels
- Self-motivated, aggressive, initiative, resilience to stress and ability to manage rejection
- Ability to close sales deals by matching requirements, developing and negotiating contracts
- Immediate or Candidate with short notice
