IT Administrative Assistant
Job Description
1. Device Management
- Kitting of corporate IT devices (PC, iPhone, iPad), printers,
and servers in the office
- Management and support of deployed devices for employees
2. IT projects Execution
- When replacing or deploying IT devices, tools, and servers, coordinate with vendors, find solutions, and implement them
- Manage IT projects
3. Accounting Processes
- Manage and allocate departmental expenses using SAP
4. Budget Management Support
- Assist in creating and monitoring our departmental budget
5. User Support in Marubeni ASEAN Office and related companies
- Respond to inquiries from the IT users.
- Escalate issues to the support center or manager when necessary
Job Requirements
- Over 1-2 years experience in a corporate IT Dept, or interested in IT
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and networks (in-depth technical knowledge is not required)
- Experience with the following IT services/products is advantageous, with underlined items being our primary tools: Microsoft:
Windows11, M365, O365, TeamsPhone, Intune,Azure AD, Copilot, Defende Apple: iPhone, iPad Cloud Storage and Services: Box, AWS ERP: SAP(ECC6.0, S/4 HANA Cloud)eSignature: DocuSign, BoxSignRPA: UI Path Workflow: Jobcan, Network Security: FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, SentinelOne Network Infrastructure: Corporate network (IP-VPN, Internet VPN, Local break out) VPN Access Tool: FortiClient, Akamai EAA etc - Personal Trait
- Basic Proficiency in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders, Willing to learn new things proactively and manage assigned task independently, Bright and positive attitude to build relationships with different stakeholders.
- Experience with project management will be preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to do multitask jobs with minimum supervision
- Ability to think from a user's perspective and support
