  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Responsible for the design, development and commissioning support of DCS systems on site. Key technology will be Emerson DeltaV.
  • Will participate in the development and implementation of Automation solutions
  • Thorough understanding of Physical and Procedural Layer design, development and qualification.
  • Work with automation team to design system architecture, Design Specification, Control Strategies, and library development.
  • Supporting manufacturing operations for day today support for DeltaV system.
  • Support on NC and CAPA and identification of root causes
  • Continuous improvement of the system and support for Operations.
  • Field commissioning of automation equipment’s.
  • System administration and maintenance support.
  • Computer system Validation and documentation support for automation systems.
  • Interacting with Operations Team, Process Team, Equipment Vendors and Technology providers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for manufacturing site.
  • Through understanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc)
  • Understanding of automation hardware and networking technologies
  • Emerson DeltaV DCS Batch experience required
  • Familiarity with SDLC and quality management processes in the pharma
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Able to manage multiple party coordination for automation information.
  • Good communication and able to work remotely or onsite as required by client
