What You’ll Do:
- Execute digital paid/non-paid marketing campaigns across channels; Social Media, Emails, SEO, PPC, etc
- Develop strategies to boost traffic, acquire customers, and increase conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing or personalization for better engagement
- Brainstorm and test new digital marketing ideas to reach and engage more local parents through collaborations with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) or brands for various campaigns
- Analyze traffic, customer data, and market trends to refine marketing strategies
- Track key KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, average order value, retention) by using analytics tools
- Performance tracking, preparing reports and insights for team discussion to refine strategies and decision-making
- Able to optimize the website for organic traffic and visibility [Super good at Shopify is a great bonus]
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in social media ads & digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
- Strong design sense (Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a bonus).
- Innovative & Bold – You love trying new strategies and aren’t afraid to test creative ideas.
