Job Descriptions:
- The candidate will work as a member of the BIM team.
- Responsible for the overall development and delivery of the Building Information Model.
- Monitors compliance with BIM execution plans and coordinate file management procedures and protocols for the BIM Model.
- Coordinating with the project teams.
- Managing and review third-party BIM submission and performance.
- Proficiency and with an in-depth working knowledge of BIM using Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structural works.
- Knowledgeable and familiar with the local authority requirements.
- Creates different disciplines/ trades geometrical and data content to digital models (AR/ ST/ MEP/ Underground System/ Prefab/ Earthwork Simulation/ Mock-up/ Showroom); data content includes construction process and resources information. Other content includes building phasing construction based on Project master programme.
- Perform quality coordination works with different stakeholders (Developer, Project Site Team, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Internal Project Team) digital models, as well as quality control checks on internal working digital models.
- Extraction of quantities and object information schedules to support other activities such as Estimates and Cost Planning
· Prepare, maintain and ensure conformance to timeline assigned for all project tasks
- Derive workable Project Look-Ahead Timeline
- Ensure team conformance on Project Look-Ahead
- Close assigned Ad-hoc deliverables promptly.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Architectural) or equivalent.
- 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in Construction Sector
- Primary Skills: Revit, Auto CAD, Civil – 3D, Navisworks
- Strong in Architectural/Structure works
