  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and focus on the entire IPO process and support for any other IPO-related activities.

Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team.

Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team.

Advising on long-term business and financial planning.

Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets.

Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group.

Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance with CPA, ISCA, ACCA preferred.

Experience working in Nasdaq/SGX-listed company

Strong finance-based analytical skills.

7 - 10 years of finance experience.

Forward thinking mindset.
