Role purpose
We are seeking energetic and self-driven individual to join us in the industrial flow sector, namely Valves and Control (V&C).
Our company are searching for a strong team player, to join us as a long-term member of our fast pace and closely knitted sales team in serving Singapore and Indonesia market. Other market depends on individual’s past experience.
Key responsibilities
- Roles focus mainly on: Order Entry and Logistic Arrangement.
- Manage Sales order and accounting system entry.
- Handle purchase order, delivery order, invoices and other documentation.
- Handle/co-ordinate receiving/delivery/shipment of goods.
- General administrative duties.
- Any administrative matters assigned.
Working with others
- Ability to work as Team.
- Develop effective working relations with all internal and external customers and key suppliers to ensure effective customer and colleague support.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘ITE’ Certification. Diploma is welcome.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience.
- Some experience in Industrial Trading or Order Entry environment.
- Able to take initiative and work well independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication skills in English & Mandarin.
- Proficiency in basic PC skills like Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is a must.
- Able to start work in short notice.
- Knowledge in Autocount (or MYOB) will be a strong plus.
- Singaporean and PR only.
