Position: Senior HR Operations Executive

Location: Raffles

Duration: 10 Months, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Salary: Up to $6000

HR Operations:

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR Operations inquiries.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR services and processes.
  • Manage and respond to requests through the HR inbox, case management system, and self-service portal.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve service delivery.
  • Handle employee card printing, staff referrals, and spot awards.
  • Administer Long Service Awards and organize the annual ceremony.
  • Process government-paid leave claims and liaise with statutory agencies.
  • Respond to ex-employee reference checks.
  • Support HR projects, reporting, and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
