Supporting Alignment of Objectives:

•Assist in documenting and tracking program objectives to ensure alignment with business goals.

•Gather and organize information on business goals and program objectives.

Managing Interdependencies and Resources:

•Help identify and document interdependencies between projects.

•Assist in resource allocation and scheduling across different projects.

•Maintain resource utilization reports and dashboards.

Monitoring Program Strategy and Progress:

•Collect and compile progress reports from various project teams.

•Assist in the preparation of program strategy documents and presentations.

•Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Providing Governance and Structure:

•Assist in setting up and maintaining governance frameworks and documentation.

•Ensure that program documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Managing Risks and Changes:

•Support risk management processes by maintaining risk registers and tracking mitigation actions.

•Document change requests and track their status and impacts on the program.

Facilitating Communication:

•Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders by organizing meetings and maintaining communication logs.

•Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

Collaborating with Account Partners and Service Lines:

•Assist in coordinating meetings and communication between the program manager, account partners, and service lines.

•Document and track strategic and business alignment activities.
