Role: Service Leader

Salary: Up to $3,000 per month

Working location: Central

Working schedule: 5 Day Work Week

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Receive and greet guests followed by seating them accordingly.

•⁠ ⁠Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.

•⁠ ⁠Takes immediate action to resolve all complaints and issues.

•⁠ ⁠Manage the guest reservation system alongside reservation staff.

•⁠ ⁠Adhere and enforce all restaurant rules, regulations and policies.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure side work is completed every day and dining room supplies are stocked.

•⁠ ⁠Review daily specials, stations and other applicable announcements.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct regular service training and basic product knowledge.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinates food service between kitchen and service staff.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Must have a minimum of 2 years of serving or supervisory experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.

•⁠ ⁠Basic certification in restaurant service is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered.

•⁠ ⁠Full-time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).
