  • Gathering and analyzing hard data related to workplace trends, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness, process optimization
  • Gathering and analyzing soft data through leadership interviews, focus groups and workshops
  • Synthesizing the data you have collected, documenting your analysis, formulating hypotheses and developing robust options for peer review for eventual submission to the client
