Executive, Student Central provides efficient and effective administrative support in various stages of the Student Life Cycle, including but not exclusive to admissions, enrolment, examinations, and other related student services and matters. This encompasses fostering and maintaining relationships within the organisation and University, service providers and community stakeholders, both domestic and international.

Job Description

  • Admissions and application processing, program/course advice and enquiries management;
  • Support student services such as orientation, advising, and graduation;
  • Administer student enrolment process and issues;
  • Administer examination related matters;
  • Maintain and update student records and databases;
  • Attend and provide admission support in marketing events, previews and education fairs;
  • Handle general enquiries (email, in person, phone) and write minutes;
  • Undertake any other duties relevant and appropriate to this level or as directed.

Requirements

  • Completion of a degree level qualification with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to organise workflows to meet competing demands and adaptability to a range of workplace expectations and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in taking ownership and driving innovation, process improvement and contributing to overall corporate operations.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to participate in a team environment demonstrating clear communication and mutual respect.
  • Ability to embrace change in response to new initiatives, strategic direction or external requirements.
  • Ability to make sound decisions within your sphere of responsibility and take responsibility for delivering to plan and on time.
  • Demonstrated high level of computer literacy including office software skills in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, Databases and email applications.
  • Knowledge of, and experience in adhering to workplace policies and procedures in the areas of work health safety, equity, diversity and promoting a respectful workplace culture.

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge of the Singapore private education industry.
  • Skills in admissions and enrolment processes.
