  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):

· Develop thermal-mechanical finite element models and analysis to optimize designs that meet customer requirements.

· Develop testing methods to assess product mechanical/electrical reliability.

· Establish the testing setup and troubleshoot the setup issues.

· Conduct the tests and collect the test data.

· Analyze the testing data to characterize failure modes and mechanisms.

Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills, and experience---however acquired):

· Experience in finite element method & analysis, testing and instrumentation.

· Knowledge of solid mechanics and heat transfer.

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

· Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical & thermal modeling and analysis, mechanical testing setup & instrumentation.

· Strong knowledge of simulation software such as Ansys, Abaqus, COMSOL, or any similar tool is preferable.
