Job Description:
- Assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating site works.
- Work closely with the clients, consultants, and sub-contractors on Technical Matters.
- Supervise and coordinate M&E services and work closely with other department staff to meet project timelines.
- Execute mechanical and electrical works in construction.
- Must be well-versed in project interface.
- Able to read and identify drawing plans. Interprets drawings, contract documents, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Preparation of method statement and drawing for related works.
- Oversee site coordination, and inspections, and attend site progress meetings.
- Compliance with all necessary standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and/or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience involving M&E works in Construction.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure with ease.
- Good technical knowledge and positive attitude.
- Ability to liaise with statutory authorities.
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
