Job Description:

• Perform HR functions including Payroll, Employee data maintenance, Training administration and day to day HR process.

• Process Monthly payroll for employees using Opensoft for approximately 150 headcounts

• Leave administration for e-Leave portal

• Generate monthly payroll reports and handle payroll related enquiries

• Responsible for Work pass applications, renewals and cancellations

• Prepare and draft Letter of Appointment, Letter of Confirmation and other employment related contracts

• Timely submission of CPF contribution, IR21 and yearly income tax filing

• Submission of government-paid claims such as Training Grants, NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave and other government related claims

• Handle MOM Surveys, apply WP, S Pass

• Maintaining personnel files and keep HR related information updated

• Involve in the implementation of new HR initiatives, projects and policies

• Assist in the reviewing of Employee Handbook annually

• And other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management and Business Management or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience

• Worked in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act

• Able to maintain close and effective personal working relationships at all levels of the organization

• Ability to work independently with little supervision, resourceful, meticulous and organized

• Good team player with interest to learn

• Proficient in Microsoft Words / Excel / Power Point

• Knowledge of Opensoft Payroll will be an added advantage.
