Core Responsibilities:
- Source parts from reliable suppliers
- Ensure prompt ordering and replenishment of required parts and accessories
- Efficiently distribute parts to the Technicians, ensuring accurate and timely allocation based on service requirements
- Maintain detailed records of parts orders, deliveries, and usage, ensuring all transactions are properly documented
- Help identify opportunities to reduce parts costs while maintaining service quality
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and Technicians to understand parts requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive parts sourcing and inventory management
- Familiar with various vehicle components and parts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Class 3/3A driving license is preferred
