Assistant Account Manager
Opus Media SG is a local agency specialising in integrated media and social media/influencer marketing. We cater to both SEA and global markets, providing in-market media planning, Cross Border eCommerce, and Chinese social platform solutions such as Xiao Hong Shu, Wechat and Douyin.
Overview:
Opus Media SG is seeking a talented and results-driven Account Manager to manage client accounts and deliver exceptional campaign results. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing strategies, excellent client management skills, and familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools. Essential Job Functions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting, including insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to grow revenue within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution of client projects.
- Utilize social media and digital tools such as Meta Business Suite and other relevant platforms to manage campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging digital tools to enhance service delivery.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably in the media or marketing industry.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools, including Meta Business Suite and others.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
