  • Understanding of outbound marketing, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing.
  • Email copywriting skills—clear, persuasive, and engaging.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Outreach.io).
  • Data-driven approach—able to track, analyse, and optimise campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience in recruitment is a plus.
