- Understanding of outbound marketing, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing.
- Email copywriting skills—clear, persuasive, and engaging.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Outreach.io).
- Data-driven approach—able to track, analyse, and optimise campaigns.
- Self-motivated, organised, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience in recruitment is a plus.
