Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform HR functions including Payroll, Recruitment & Selection, Employee data maintenance, Training administration and day to day HR administration duties.
- Process payroll (monthly and adhoc) for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate monthly reports and handle payroll related enquiries.
- Support full cycle of recruitment activities/drives and related project.
- Responsible for Work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Prepare and draft Letter of Appointment, Letter of Confirmation and other employment related contracts/reports.
- Timely submission of CPF contribution, IR21 and yearly income tax filing.
- Handle benefit administrations such as insurance and medical claims.
- Submission of government-paid claims such as Training Grants, NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave and other government related claims.
- Handle labour market surveys and other government related surveys.
- Maintain personnel files and keep HR related information updated.
- Involve in the implementation of new HR initiatives and policies, and staff engagement activities.
- Assist in the reviewing of Employee Handbook annually.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or other field.
- At least 1 -2 years of experience in HR as generalist role is preferred.
- Candidate with exposure in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and other HR practices is a must for the position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to maintain close and effective personal working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Positive, strong self-drive, can work under fast pace environment, resourceful and able to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision, resourceful, meticulous and organized.
- Knowledge of TIMES Software will be added advantage.
- Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be added advantage
