Roles and Responsibilities

  • Administration for the Leave Management
  • Administration support for employment letters
  • Responsible for administrative duties and daily HR operations.
  • Handle Work Pass matters (application/renewal/issuance)
  • Issue stationery to new staff & collect documents from resignees
  • Provide administrative support for performance appraisals
  • Provide administrative support in Employee Engagement
  • Provide support in company event and organizations
  • Provide support on employee on-boarding and maintenance of records
  • To coordinate training and development activities for employees
  • To ensure policies are aligned with the regulations
  • To manage HR administration which include evaluation upon probation completion, issuing employment certification letters, confirmation letters, etc
  • To provide support on internal employee policies, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition as well as learning & development
  • To provide support on strategic planning of HR work to align with the Management’s direction
  • To provide support to create an Employee Excellence experience and work environment
  • Track Daily attendance
  • Update of staff records in HRMS
  • Inventory management of the Pantry items and Stationery
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 1 to 3 years of HR or Administration experience
  • Less experienced candidate can be offered an apprenticeship role with on job training/please indicate in your application if you are interested with an apprenticeship role for 6 months or more
  • Meticulous, responsible and high level of integrity
  • Team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Positive working attitude and being pro-active
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office/365
  • IHRP certification will be advantageous
