Responsibilities:
- Evaluates processes to optimize production capabilities and reviews the technical environment to meet business needs
- Plasma Dicing Process subject matter expert, required to analyze manufacturing process gaps to address product defect issues and improve process capability indices to meet product line targets
- Responsible for developing a management system to ensure operations meet both internal and external parties’ quality requirements
- Take the lead in managing cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects and assist in implementing process improvement projects
- Plays an important role in organizational development through the development of on-the-job training and mentoring of team leaders
- Possesses an analytical mind and leadership skills to steer the team to perform their best and achieve the desired organizational outcomes
- Drive new device NPI, risk identification and ensure smooth offload to production
- Generate documentations for specific to customer device (eg, control plans, product SPC, FMEA)
- Collaborate with internal and external customer to apply the best decision and solutions to meet customer expectations
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a semiconductor Plasma Dicing process
- In-depth understanding of Plasma Dicing Process input parameters and output response to product yield, UPH, cost
- Have working knowledge in analyzing product yield impact against machine and process parameters
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good management, leadership and problem-solving skills
