Roles & Responsibilities

The Human Resource Executive handles the full range of human resource duties. He/She is responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities such as job postings, interviewing and job offer. He/She takes care of the on-boarding administrations and orientation programmes for new hires. He/She handles the necessary paper work for training and development function. He/She supports the manager in the performance management cycle by tracking and collecting completed appraisals from the employees. He/She will also need to know the local employment law and payroll calculations. He/She will also need to know the local employment laws and payroll calculations. He/She provides administrative support for compensation and benefits matters.

  • Handle full spectrum of payroll processing, overtime and allowances calculations, CPF, IR8A and related matters
  • Provide employees with assistance on queries relating to payroll/HR matters
  • Assist with respective Reporting Officers with the setting of KPIs and the mid-year, annual and confirmation appraisals
  • Recruitment process (Eg. Posting Job advertisements, Candidate search, arranging interview sessions, preparing offer letters and contract, onboarding)
  • Assist with the application and renewal of Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Pass for foreign employees
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all payroll records
  • Maintaining and updating of employees' data in the school system
  • Keeping track of attendance of all employees
  • Staff Insurance matters, MC Monitoring
  • Source and plan for relevant external courses for staff
  • Provide assistance on registration of training courses for employees and coordinate payment arrangements with training institutions
  • Review policies and standard operation procedures to ensure that it stays relevant and effective
  • Review job descriptions and job advertisements before publishing on websites to ensure information accuracy
  • Fully comprehend CPE regulations and guidance document
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese, as our school is an international school focusing on Bilingualism and Biculturism
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Well versed with the Employment Act, Tripartite Standards and Human Resource processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality
