Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in managing restaurants, bars or multi-outlet establishments
Skills:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and P&L
