Head of Central Kitchen
Requirement:
1. Min. 3 years experience as Head Kitchen to manage , recruit, train a team of staffs
2. Min. 5 Years Experience in Catering or Zi Char or Seafood Restaurant
3. Physically fit to cook 50 - 100 pax per wok. Able to carry heavy. No physical injury
4. Commitment, Responsible and Team Work
5. Able to use computer (gmail, calendar, drive, ms. office, company systems - to learn)
Jobs:
a. Overall management of the team (includes training, timetable, design food menu)
b. Menu management and planning with costing
c. Manage compliances of the team's operation with SFA's and Company's Rules
b. Job management and assignment to team (backup - contigency plan):
1. Stock ordering
2. Food Preparation (wash, cut)
3. Cooking
4. Packing
5. Goods receiving
6. Good release
7. Stock management
8. Hygiene maintenance
9. Pest control
10.Premise and equipment maintenance
Working Place: 1 Senoko Avenue, FoodAxis Singapore 758297
5.5 days per week
