
Food Expeditor
The award-winning NOX- Dine in the Dark is one of Singapore's most unique restaurants with a stellar 10-year track record by introducing you to a new world of mystery and sensation you have never experienced before through a culinary journey through taste, smell, touch, and sound, in total darkness.
We are currently on the lookout for a Food Expeditor who is:
· highly self-motivated, professional and responsible for ensuring efficient order flow between waitstaff and kitchen
· honest, committed to performance excellence & continuous performance improvement, and must display professional integrity.
The right candidate will be responsible to:
· Collaborate with the management team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures.
· Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
· Assist in final dish preparations, uphold quality and sanitation standards.
· Monitor and maintain restaurant backend cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Is responsible entirely in the backend operations and will have minimal customer interactions.
The candidate should also:
· Have strong communication and organizational skills
· Have similar experience not required but an advatageous.
· Confident and able to work in fast paced F&B environment. operating procedures
