About the Role:


Our client is seeking a Audit Manager to oversee the auditing of building and infrastructure projects. This role involves evaluating financial, operational, and compliance aspects of construction activities, ensuring risk mitigation and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits for construction projects.
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and non-compliance in construction and contract management.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with practical recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide advisory support on construction governance and risk management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years in construction or infrastructure-related fields, preferably with internal audit exposure.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction project cycles, contract management, cost estimation, and compliance audits.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks (e.g., QFM, PQM) and construction contracts.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
