  • Plan and oversee advertising campaigns, promotions, and special events to boost customer engagement.
  • Maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer experience.

Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs

  • Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to enhance guest retention and repeat business.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Implement CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to personalize customer interactions and enhance their dining experience.

Budgeting & Performance Analysis

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies with a strong ROI.
  • Track key performance metrics, such as foot traffic, social media engagement, and sales conversions, to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in event sales and marketing in F&B industry (relevant experience for both event sales & marketing is a must)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and advertising strategies.
  • Positive attitude and desire for performance with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
