Guest Relations Executive (Marguerite)
· Perform front line service to all incoming calls and reservations for the restaurant.
· Providing first line of customer service to all guests
· Providing prompt response to all incoming enquiries and engage effectively with other teams in the restaurant.
· Maintain up-to-date information of events and activities so that guests will receive accurate and prompt information when requested
· Managing of all e-mail enquiries for restaurant’s events
· Handle first level guests’ complaints with calm professional and relay to the respective teams
· Proactive feedback collection and service recovery as and when needed.
· Follow up with guests to ensure request have been met to their satisfaction
· Any adhoc duties assigned by supervisor
