Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favourable agreements.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring adherence to procurement strategies and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with project and business needs.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements & Competencies:

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing general equipment and technical spare parts sourcing in the Energy sector is an advantage.
  • Familiar with procurement processes in the energy, marine, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, pricing data, and technical specifications.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication abilities.
  • Accountability and a results-driven mindset.
