About this role:
Are you passionate about travel and sales? Join our team as a Relationship Manager and play a vital role in shaping unforgettable journeys for our clients. This role will report to the ‘Business Development Manager’ and should be one who is dedicated to providing unparalleled service excellence while maintaining and cultivating relationships with clients affluent to HNWI.
This role revolves around understanding clients' preferences, orchestrating exclusive travel experiences, and meticulously coordinating all aspects of their journeys to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
Tasks
- Champion the art of personalized service and establish relationships with clients
- Exceptional communication skills, with an aptitude for digital communication tools like WhatsApp and WeChat
- Understand clients' preferences, travel histories, and distinctive needs to curate tailored experiences
- Serve as the trusted liaison, promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from clients and/or suppliers
- To take ownership of all aspects of travel arrangement, pre- and post
- Confirming all holiday arrangements and relevant paperwork
- Obtain and ensure guest documentation is completed to the highest standard
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities to navigate diverse scenarios seamlessly, ensuring quick resolutions and minimal disruption
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent
- Must have bilingual skills in both Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, to liaise with predominantly Mandarin-speaking clients
- Prior experience in hospitality or travel booking organisations would be advantageous
- Enjoy flexible work hours and arrangements, with occasional work beyond standard hours, including weekends, as required
- Passionate to create unparalleled luxury travel experiences, going above and beyond the expected
- Service-oriented, meticulous and quick at handling sudden situations
- Pleasant disposition and great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
