We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a System Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining IT systems, monitoring and updating IP configurations, and performing on-site equipment installation, testing, and commissioning. You will also troubleshoot technical issues related to company products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and collaboration with internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
· Install, maintain systems
· Monitor and update IP configurations
· Perform on-site equipment installation, testing and commissioning as required
· Troubleshoot technical issues related to company products
· Work closely with customers to meet their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
· Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues
Key Competencies:
· Have technical knowledge and understanding of IT
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to lift equipment (up to 10kg)
· Strong commitment to meeting customer's SLA
Qualifications:
· Minimum Nitec or Diploma equivalent studies in IT, Security Systems Integration
· With 1 year of similar work experience.
