Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute experiments utilizing genome editing techniques, including CRISPR/Cas9, to modify immune cells for cancer immunotherapy applications.
Design and perform functional assays to evaluate the impact of genome editing on immune cell behavior, including T/NK cell activation, differentiation etc.
Collaborate closely with immunologists and other researchers to interpret data and refine experimental strategies.

Qualifications:
PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related fields.
Strong experience in genome editing technologies, especially CRISPR/Cas9, and their application in mammalian cells.
Solid understanding of cancer biology and immunology, with a focus on immune cell therapies and tumor immunology.
Proven track record of experimental design, execution, and data analysis in a laboratory setting.
Experience with cell culture, primary immune cell isolation, and flow cytometry is preferred.
Familiarity with next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics tools is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience in scientific publication and presentations.
