Job Summary
The Corporate Marketing Director will lead our both our off-line and digital marketing efforts with a strategic approach to drive growth and brand awareness. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing Group-level marketing activities across various platforms to ensure successful customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing digital campaigns, managing various stakeholders, and has a proven track record of driving impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure Performance: Evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns and create detailed reports on their impact and findings. Use data-driven insights to inform future strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze and Optimize: Analyze the results of launched initiatives to identify areas for improvement. Implement scalable and efficient processes to optimize resources and achieve better outcomes.
- Plan and Execute Campaigns: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing and social media. Tailor campaigns to different target segments to maximize engagement and conversion and drive cross-BU business.
- Coordinate Marketing Activities: Collaborate with various teams to design and execute unified marketing activations. Ensure consistency and alignment across all channels for cohesive brand messaging.
- Optimize Content: Enhance marketing content for the website and social networking channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google. Ensure content is optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Innovate Growth Strategies: Identify and implement new and creative digital marketing growth strategies. Continuously seek innovative approaches to attract and retain customers.
- Map Customer Journey: Design customer journeys to ensure consistent and regular touchpoints with customers are achieved across various platforms.
- Implement Marketing Technologies: Work with COMO Business Unit Marketing teams and Group Tech & other stakeholders in 2025 & 2026 to identify and integrate new tools and platforms (Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation) that can enhance marketing efforts.
- Develop Group Policies and Guidelines: For marketing and communications. E.g. consent and preference management.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in digital marketing is preferred.
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in digital and offline marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with performance measurement and optimization techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Creativity: Innovative thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving. Ability to generate new ideas and strategies to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the retail, F&B and lifestyle is a plus. Familiarity with industry-specific trends and challenges.
- Technical Acumen: Knowledge of web development, HTML, CSS, and other technical skills relevant to digital marketing.
- Customer Experience: Experience in enhancing customer experience through personalized and targeted marketing strategies.
- Marketing Automation: Proficiency in marketing automation tools and strategies to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
