Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Management in planning, managing the implementation of new development and enhancement projects
- Furnish project management and technical support to Business Units on their proposed facilities upgrades or enhancement
- Predict resources needed to reach the objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Establish deadline timeframe and monitor the progress of projects, in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Oversee project cost efficiency and ensure timely delivery of projects to maintain the quality delivery and completion of projects
- Minimize operational disruption and loss of income during the execution by liaising with business units to optimize operations
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
- Conduct compliance inspection, risk assessment and validation to identify areas with regulatory non-compliance or risk exposure for the assigned inspections
- Assess design and operating effectiveness of work processes, systems, and internal controls in mitigating risk or non-compliance events
Job Requirements
- Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
- Possess proficiency in planning, resource allocation, risk management and problem-solving
- Demonstrate proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing team members to achieve project objectives
- Strong understanding of the business requirements and technical aspects related to projects, with familiarity in the Casino industry or equivalent is a plus
- Exhibit excellent communication, collaboration and coordination skills with internal and external partners or stakeholders to ensure project success
- Able to work independently and show resilience in the face of challenges and rapid changing situations
