Job Description: -

· Handling FIT/GIT movements on ground

· Optimize Transport movement/schedules on ground to maximise efficiency and smooth customer experiences

· Support Customers Hot Line Team, Reservation, Sales & Product Team, even after or before Singapore Office hours

· Liaising with Suppliers, In-house Drivers, Restaurants & Guides

· On Ground coordination such as meeting Guests, TLs, Airport/Cruise arrival, etc.

· Responsible for answering feedback and complaints

· Responsible for overall customer service improvement and feedback

· Able to do quotation as and when necessary

· Any Adhoc Job assigned by Management

Requirements :-

  • At least 2 – 4 Years of customer service experience in Travel or travel related services
  • Good rapport and knowledge of Attractions, Hotels, restaurants and route.
  • Quick in thinking and able to solve issues on ground in the most amicable way
  • Reachable via WhatsApp or voice calls even in PH and Sunday
  • Able to maintain professionalism in dealing with Customers, Suppliers and Team members
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Good Team Player and service oriented
  • Good command of English and Hindi
