[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as a Senior Executive, Academic Planning in the Academic Affairs & Planning Office.

[What you will be working on]

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide coordination and administrative support in key functional areas of academic planning, academic projects & initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the planning and execution of Applied Learning Modules (ApLMs) and other Academic planning projects & initiatives.

  • Secretariat Support: Provide administrative support for senior management meetings, including programme schedules and agendas.

  • Financial Administration: Administer the costing, tracking, and payment processes for ApLMs and various academic planning projects & initiatives.

  • Webmaster & Content Management : Maintain and update content on SharePoint and PoliteMall websites on academic matters. Manage the publication of the Academic e-newsletter.

  • Events & Projects: Provide admin and resourcing support for department events, projects and activities.

[What we are looking for]

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Possess initiative and drive to work with minimal supervision.

  • Possess financial acumen to manage costing administration and payment processes.

  • Proficiency in SharePoint and website management will be advantageous.
