We are looking for an Assistant to Business Development Manager who will be dedicated to providing comprehensive support to Business Development Manager across various tasks. This role involves a mix of administrative, operational, strategic, and business development support to ensure the success of business initiatives and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage Business Development Manager’s calendar, ensuring effective time management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Business Development Manager.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for business development projects and business operations.

Business Development Assistance:

  • Support in identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research.
  • Support in business expansion locally and overseas.
  • Assist with preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Track and monitor business development performance metrics and provide updates.
  • Handle and maintain business documentation securely, ensuring sensitive materials are accessible only to authorized personnel.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and management of business development projects.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project flow and delivery within deadlines.

Client and Partner Relations:

  • Assist in the management of relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-up after meetings to ensure all action points are addressed.
  • Help identify new potential business partners and assist with onboarding.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attributes: Proactive, adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
