Sales Coordinator

We're seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in supporting the sales process and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day emails, sales enquiries, prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
• Liaise with Procurement team on parts sourcing and Operations team for order processing.
• Work within Sales Department to meet sales’s KPI and sales targets.
• Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.

Requirements:

• Min diploma or Professional Qualification with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers from other functional departments.
• Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency.
• Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to start work within short notice period will be an advantage.
• Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience.
