
Executive, Digital and Corporate Communications
We are looking for creative individuals who will be responsible for producing effective, visiually appealing and on-brand content for ATC's programmes and initiatives. This includes creating creating materials for our portals, event graphics, promotional content, social media posts, banner ads and video editing.
Under this role, you will be supporting ATC Community Office in fostering strong engagement, enhance brand awareness and drive traffic through strategic and impactful creative campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
1. Social Media Content Creation
- Plan, create, shoot, edit high-quality, visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms (eg: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create pre and post events and engagement contents to draw viewership and online engagements.
- Support event promotion by creating countdown, live coverage and post-event recaps.
- Produce branded assets such as infographics and promotional materials.
- Prepare and plan ATC’s monthly social media calendar and campaigns.
2. Communications
- Ensure all digital communications are aligned with ATC's brand guidelines.
- Develop releases, corporate annoucements and media responses as needed.
3. Other general duties
- Undertake any other ad-hoc admin tasks as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of experience in grapic, content and video curation and editing.
- A portfolio showcasing your expertise in composition, typography, and layout.
- Experience with various design mediums, both digital and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) or similar design software.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and proofreading abilities.
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
