Job Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team in engaging with hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients. This role is responsible for providing essential sales support, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process for our customized services.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Conduct sales analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the hospitality and corporate sectors.
· Maintain and update customer and sales data in sales systems (e.g. Xero)
· Assist account managers with daily administrative tasks to streamline operations.
· Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and new product launches tailored to hospitality and corporate business
· Collaborate with account managers to develop and implement targeted B2B sales strategies.
· Provide accurate and timely sales reports and insights to management.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings with hotels, restaurants, and corporate prospects as directed by account managers.
Skills & Attributes Required:
· Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese communication skills.
· Strong customer support and relationship-building skills.
· Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or customer engagement within a B2B environment.
Prior experience working with hotels, restaurants, or corporate businesses is an advantage.
