  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We are looking for a full time Guest Service Officer to join Hotel Chancellor@Orchard Pte Ltd.

Job Description

  • Attend to all guests' check-in and ensure that all guest details are correctly input into the system.
  • Attend to guests' check-outs including collect payments in compliance with cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Attend to all guests' requests and queries promptly, politely and efficiently.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that special requests are met and follow up accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum "O" or "N" level.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Team player but also able to work independently.
  • Enjoys interacting with guests and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior work experience in hotel operations will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with no related experience will also be considered as on-the-job training will be provided.
