Main Purpose

•Responsible for managing the Envu APAC Region Regulatory Affairs team and being accountable for

•overseeing the regulatory strategy for the APAC portfolio

•attracting and developing talents within the regulatory team

•implementing compliant sustainable stewardship (safe label use) commitments

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

•Responsible to defining and implementing the regulatory strategies for the APAC region which includes China, India, Japan, Korea, Australia/ NZ, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Southeast countries and ensure regulatory inputs into APAC business strategy.

•In charge of the product portfolios for APAC Region by leading regulatory strategies and influencing regulatory policies in the region in relation to Envu products.

•Oversee the planning and execution of APAC projects to be submitted as regulatory dossiers while staying within budgetary restraints of the Regulatory Affairs department.

•Lead and develop the talent for a team of Regulatory Affairs Managers having responsibility for Biocidal and Plant Protection products within the APAC region.

Qualifications & Competencies

•Degree preferred in agriculture, physical, or natural sciences plus

•Undergraduate with 15+ years of experience, MS with 12+ years of experience or PhD with 10+ years of experience

•Comprehensive experience (preferred in APAC) of regulatory affairs in environmental science and thus over 10 years of knowledge of all regulatory relevant scientific subjects.in-depth knowledge of business (including marketing, commercial operations and R&D) strategy and goals.

•Excellent strategic mindset,

•Managerial and leadership skills in leading & developing teams.

•Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills

•Ability to delegate and problem-solving

•Fluent in English, both written and spoken
