  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are recruiting for one of the largest listed Logistics and Industrial Real Estate company in Singapore. They own more than 180 properties across three key segments in Logistics/Industrial Business Parks and Data Centres globally.

Reporting to the Head of Investment, you will be supporting business development efforts for real estate investment and development opportunities in Singapore and overseas. You will assist in the preparation of investment proposals and deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc

You will also be carrying out financial modelling and feasibility studies for investments and analysing performance at asset level and at portfolio level.

Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or equivalent from a well-known educational institute
  • About 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Analytical, resourceful and good communication skills
  • Strong in financial modelling and investment feasibility studies
