Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and implement commercial business plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

2. Promote and uphold the company's core values, business objectives, and targets, while also developing personnel and features to support the company's continued growth.

3. Induct, train, coach, and develop human resources within the department.

4. Maintain discipline and cohesiveness among staff, working towards the achievement of corporate objectives and being attuned to recognizing potential problems.

5. Communicate effectively and concisely with both internal and external customers, and be able to engage in timely conversations.

6. Maintain the necessary business infrastructure to ensure the company's continued engagement in targeted core business sectors.

7. Register the company with various business and qualifying registration bodies to qualify for offering the company's services.

8. Manage both internal support-based and external customer requirement-based management systems and programs to enhance the business environment.

9. Maintain a customer information database to promote and improve the company's services.

10. Managing the Budget Management System:**

10.1. Review and assign the appropriate budgeted man-hours to the Production Department upon the issuance of the job number.

10.2. Conduct regular reviews of sub-tasks in the ERP system to ensure compliance in work execution.

10.3. Monitor the Production Department's daily job planning and ensure that the status of job execution is updated promptly in the ERP system.

10.4. Oversee the Production Department's daily manpower planning concerning the actual timesheet and review the variation report submitted by the Commercial personnel before updating the ERP system.

10.5. Manage the documentation within the Job File (“Pink File”) for awarded projects, ensure the collection of files upon job completion, and update project information in the ERP system on time (within one week).

11. Manage the issuance of Service Reports (SR) or Forms of Acceptance (FOA) at the end of the project. Ensure that the Production Department receives the signed SR/FOA from the customer to facilitate timely invoicing (either electronic or manual).

12. Oversee accounts receivable and overdue payments.

13. Generate the annual Revenue Forecast in the absence of the Commercial Officer.

14. Maintain the marketing tools of the company.

15. Foster and enhance a sense of loyalty among both customers and staff.

16. Develop new business areas that continuously align with the company’s objectives.

17. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Top Management.

18. Comply with the requirements and responsibilities stated in the Risk Assessment (RA) relevant to your position, which will be explained to you.

Job Requirements:

- A Degree or Diploma in Engineering and/or a business discipline.

- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a senior management position, with a solid background in managing a business division and conducting cost analysis.

- Knowledge of system management in an auditor capacity, with certification as an auditor in ISO Management Standards.

- Strong interpersonal and sales skills.

- Ability to manage objectives effectively.
