  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

 Assist clients with Novation Agreements and maintain contracts/POs in SAP.  Source and notify clients of tender/quotation opportunities.  Support clients in document submissions and ensure compliance with deadlines.  Verify and maintain awarded contracts and POs in SAP, resolving discrepancies.  Handle extension requests for tenders/quotations.  Conduct ingredient checks and consult with the regulatory team as needed.  Ensure submission copies align with client information and clarify discrepancies.  Encrypt and send LOAs and contracts to clients.  Assist with GPO post-tender queries and resolve invoice discrepancies.  Record quantities accurately in SAP and seek client agreement for invoice settlements.  Handle permit applications and product recalls.  Ensure excellent customer care and assist with product/customer complaints.  Monitor service level reports and implement improvement plans as necessary.  Support internal and external audits.  Provide training for the team as needed.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar w min 2-3 years of team management in Customer Service function
